The world’s northernmost film festival: 10^th to the 14^th of September 2014. The five-day festival is packed with films, seminars and other exciting events. Nordkapp Film Festival is officially opened on Wednesday the 10^th of September, with the opening film screened at 19.00. After the film, there will be fireworks, as well as the world’s northernmost festival parade, led by the local marching band “Honningsvåg Musikkforening”. The parade ends at Rica Hotell, where the opening party is held. Here there will be served food from the ocean, with king crab as one of the highlights.
